OUR SERVICES
Through the Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (SHIW) project, Community Legal Assistance Sarnia is aiming to increase awareness about sexual harassment - how to recognize it, how to address it, and how to stop it. More importantly, we are offering free legal advice and information to survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace.

Education and Outreach
Sexual harassment in the workplace effects us all. Therefore, CLAS offers educational sessions for employers, employees, volunteers, students, and more. We can tailor the presentation to fit your time and needs.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CLAS offers these sessions virtually.
Resources
We can provide brochures, pamphlets, and posters to your workplace. We can also direct you to existing resources from governmental and legal agencies designed to recognize, address, and stop sexual harassment in the workplace.

Free Legal Advice
If you or someone you know has experienced or is currently experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace, Community Legal Assistance Sarnia can provide free legal advice and information. If you qualify financially, CLAS can also provide assistance and representation with legal proceedings.
