ABOUT US
The Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Initiative (SHIW) is funded by the Department of Justice Canada. This initiative aims to provide public legal education to employers, employees, and volunteers on sexual harassment in the workplace. These services are available to all workplaces, organization, associations, and schools.
As part of the initiative, Community Legal Assistance Sarnia (CLAS) can provide free legal advice and information to survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace. If a survivor qualifies financially, CLAS can also provide assistance and representation with legal proceedings relating to sexual harassment in the workplace.
